Judging: 2:30 p.m.

Submission: 4:00 p.m.

Judging: 4:30 p.m.

Awards: 7:00 p.m.

Entry fee: $120 per team, meat supplied by event organizers.

Teams must register and be paid in-full with submission of registration form.
